About Necromancy- Part Two

The task to come up with the character, which would be later supplemented and upgraded by a joint efforts of the group, got the lady named Sue, who is an accountant by profession, and the session began in September 1972. It was, at first, an informal gathering once a week, during which they discussed Philip and his life, assumed what he looked like, what kind of preferences he had, what he liked to eat, what he felt for Margo and Dorothea and the like. It's been tried and visualization of his character.

One of those present, who had artistic talent, on the basis of these assumptions, drew a portrait of Philip A, a man of imagination.

These “parties” were initially held in a fully lit room, in a relaxed atmosphere with testimony and the banter at the expense of "spirit", but nothing happened for months, with the exception that some members of the group occasionally claimed to feel a presence in the room. Then the hosts, George and Iris Owen suggested that they should make an ambiance of classic spiritualistic sessions, with the dim light, pulled curtains, candles, sitting around the table and holding hands. Around the table, they places the images of the castle, which really existed, and a number of objects from the 17th century, which were used when Philip lived.

Changing tactics worked. During an evening session, the group has established a first contact with Philip, who answered first, barely audible tapping on the table. On the remark of one of the participants: "I wonder if this Philip is doing?" typing has become strongly and clearly, and soon he started communication on the principle - one shot for "yes" and two for "no". Researchers still suspected that some of them, at least subconsciously, produce this event, but they changed their minds when the massive table began to move around the room! It was lifted into the air and easily levitated, changing place despite the thick carpet that was on the floor, to meet participants attended the session, which were late to the beginning of the session, and sometimes, the table even pushed people to the corner of the room! He even knew to "dance" on one leg.
