The Land of MU
Buried beneath wars, thousands of years of history and mythology, is the story of Lemuria, also known as "the land of Mu." This land is often referred to by theologians as an advanced spiritual community and continent that existed before modern day civilization. The Lemurians were a race of people that dwelled on Earth, eventually falling and being lost in the destruction of the continent. Today, many continue to look at the make - up of this ancient culture, finding lost remains and theories that remain from the power of the ancient ones of the past.
Where is Lemuria ?
Lemuria is first defined by the geographical location. It is recognized as one continent that spread throughout a main land mass on Earth, including India, Asia, Australia and neighboring countries as one continent. The divisions that are now seen today are not present in the theoretical maps drawn of this land. The continent of Mu submerged beneath the Atlantic Ocean thousands of years ago.
Many geographical explorers and scientists continue to find remains of this lost culture and the land mass that remains under the waters. Many believe that this occurred because of a pole shift, including volcanoes and floods that caused the empire to reach destruction. Others state that attacks from darker species created the submersion of the empire, only which would reunite on the land when light began to come back to Earth. The legend of Lemuria extends beyond the geographical submersion or destruction that may have taken place. Many Buddhist and Sanskrit tablets refer to the culture and land mass that was ruled by Lemuria. The references allude to an advanced civilization known for their esoteric and spiritual beliefs and who created what was referred to as the Empire of the Sun. The culture and race, as an advanced species, created rulerships and cultural exchanges known to be in the arts, sciences, mystical understanding and advanced spiritual beliefs and practices. The formation of Lemuria was under the rulership of The Great White Brotherhood. These were ancient masters that united together, creating a brotherhood of thirteen rulers. They guided the culture with wisdom and deeper knowledge of the mystical. With the guidance of The Great White Brotherhood, great cities and empires grew across the region of Mu, developing a highly advanced civilization. Many state that these individuals were as tall as twelve feet and held supernatural powers and abilities that were lost with the submerging of the continent.

The lost continent of Lemuria has left traces that have led many back to the origins, not only from the submerged continent that supplies evidence, but also from other supernatural occurrences. There are many that believe that the culture went into underground areas, preserving as much of the culture as possible. Others have found crystals, gridlines and other tools used by Lemurians, filled with knowledge linked to the culture and high spiritual practices. The messages found relate to the awakening of consciousness and a time when new children will live on the planet with an agenda of peace and love. The myth and traces of Lemuria often refer to a lost civilization. However, the mystical links and other pieces of evidence continue to open into a story of a submerged culture that continues to guide each individual into the future.
