Things You Didn’t Know About Fidel Castro
While the nation whose president he was lived in extreme poverty, Fidel Castro has enjoyed in abundance, and everything in connection with his private life- love affairs, eight children, and even the wife, kept as a strict secret.
He first was married to Mirta Diaz-Balart, member of the upper middle class, while his second wife was a schoolteacher Dalia Soto del Valer. He was cheated his first wife with Natalia Revuelta, the second with his secretary, Celia Sanchez, who was his close associate during 30 years.
But that's not the only mistress he had. His oldest child (at least among those children he admitted) is Fidelito, Fidel Jr. He was the only child that Mirta born. Shortly after the honeymoon that she was spent with him in New York, Mirta has ceased to be interesting to him, but they divorced in 1955, but Fidel got custody of his son.
Under an false name, Jose Raul, Fidelito studied nuclear physics in Russia. He married a Russian woman, and in many ways resembles to his father- he loves power and on the streets of Havana he always walked surrounded by a crowd of bodyguards.
Unlike relation with the first wife, which was cold and emotionless, Castro's relationship with Natalia Revuelta was full of passion. Natal was considered to be the most beautiful woman who ever walked the streets of Havana. She was married to a doctor Orlando Fernandes, has long been a supporter of Castro’s ideas. She started to hang out with him, and then he became the mistress.
A year after Castro divorced Mirta, Natalia gave birth to a daughter, Alina, who is Castro's only daughter.
Fidel in 1993 learned that Alina want to leave Cuba, and he ordered his spies to prevent it. However, on Christmas Day of the same year, Castro has learned that Alina fled from the country, disguised with a wig and the fake Spanish passport.
