Two sailors were walking through the park when they were approached by a bewildered man. He told them a fantastic story about an experiment in which many members of the crew died. He argues that even the surviving members declared insane. One sailor believed in the story and contacted Dr. Jessup, telling him the story.

Although this seemed like an important lead, Dr. Jessup was not able to do anything, and he noticed that his reputation in the scientific community is getting worse. Believing that there is another universe better than this, Dr. Jessup was eventually committed suicide on 20 April 1959. Some believe that he was killed by the government to cover up the experiments.

Shortly after his suicide, there was a big clue. That clue was a man by the name of Alfred D. Bielek.

Bielek's story is even more bizarre than Alend’s. He claimed that he had been transported back in time in the future, and if it were his navy brainwashed. Therefore, he became convinced that his name was Alfred Bielek, rather than Edward Cameron, what was his real name.

Bielek has a doctorate in physics, so he had some technical experience. He worked 30 years as an electrical engineer, so his knowledge cannot just be disregarded.

He argued that the technology used in the Philadelphia Experiment produced by aliens.

Bielek also claimed that Dr. Albert Einstein, Dr. John von Neumann and Dr. Nikola Tesla were involved in the project. Some controversy was raised about the participation of Tesla because he died in New York on January 7, 1943, two months after the start of the project.

The principle behind the Philadelphia Experiment is the Unified Field Theory. According to this theory, gravity and magnetism are connected in the same way as the mass and energy in the equality of mass and energy (E = mc2).

Einstein never solved the Unified Field Theory, but the very nature of the Philadelphia Experiment suggests otherwise. It is possible that this theory has become a government secret, and even that was used for the trip into space with a rocket.

There is not much information about the technical data of the experiment. The basic design included a two Tesla’s tower (an electromagnet) is arranged on both the ship's hull. Towers of those included in a particular way in which so much has been developing a strong magnetic force to distort the very gravity.
