In May 2003, Caesar visited a very important person. The request for the meeting came through SRI as a result of government intervention. This person was a foreigner, but he spoke Romanian very well and was familiar with the state. SRI informed Caesar that the visitor is actually very important senior member of the Masonic Lodge in Italy with a strong financial and political influence in Romania.
Caesar felt under great pressure in the presence of persons whose intentions could not fathom. Caesar was thoroughly preparing for this meeting.
SRI’s helicopter led the arrogant, high gentleman in a black suit. He had a stick with a handle made of ivory and gold-plated. His face expressed the strictness and his green eyes had a strange effect, and emitted an unusual cold. He introduced himself as Mr. Masini (which probably is not real name). He was very self-confident and left the impression of a person who is accustomed to giving orders.
He was the leader of one of the most important Masonic lodges in Europe and one of the most influential Masonic organization in the world: the Bilderberg Group.
Masini was very straightforward and said that there are two kinds of people: those who can be manipulated and ruled (the majority) and those who have certain virtues and strong personality. He said that his group is part of the highest order of Masons, and was very interested in the outcome of the discussion.
Masini explained that the Bilderberg Group is not a Masonic lodge, but something much more. He said the lodges were only a facade and that they possess real power at a much higher level. Masini was called Caesar to join the group, stating that it will have a lot of benefits from it.
According to Caesar's words, Masini has been physically and mentally strong, in contrast to his age. Unfortunately for him, his power was centered on his huge ego, arrogance and sense of superiority.
