Who Are The Indigo Children?

Beliefs about their characteristics vary from the fact that they possess paranormal abilities (telepathy, predicting the future, X-ray vision, bioenergy ...), which is a reason why some scientists call them "the sixth race", to those that those person are just more creative and intelligent than normal kids. However, mainstream or official science does not support any of these attitudes.

Intelligent and Creative

However, those who are sure of the existence of "indigo children" say that we can recognize them by certain characteristics: great logic abilities, special talents, deep emotion and desire to give love to all people around them. They are very intelligent and creative. In addition, it is very difficult to them to accept any kind of authority. If they do not find people that are like them, they prefer to isolate themselves. They are not prone to compromise. Their immune system is much stronger than it is in average people.

They are spirited as adults can be. They are full of confidence. They have a high sensitivity and boundless energy. Indigo children absorb knowledge like a sponge, but only if they like what they learn. All activities quickly imposed their boredom. They are very intuitive. They look like they are older than they actually are because of the way they speak and behave. Their thoughts are not typical. These kids are concerned with the issues of the meaning of life, the origin of the world, ecological threats. They have important environmental goals. Some people are convinced that only these children will survive the cataclysm that will soon devastate the world. They call them even children of the sun or the children of the millennium.

In her book, "Children of a new era - the gift of indigo children" Carolina Hehenkamp claims that only parent who are ready for challenges are able to have indigo children. Today, the theory of the existence of indigo children is so popular that it becomes a kind of fashion trend.

Five Generations

Some researchers argue that there are tens of thousands of indigo children around the world. Others believe that there are far more, between fifteen and twenty million. Divided into five generations, first appeared in the fifties of the 20th century. Over time, the indigo children changed, but their third generation is characterized by a weak immune system, often Hyperactivity Disorder. Indeed, the number of children with attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity syndrome, obsessive-compulsive disorder and autism for decades has increased.

Although the list on their abilities or numbers vary widely, indigo children have a blue aura, and hence the name of the indigo child. In fact, each of us radiates a certain frequency or electromagnetic field that can be interpreted as the color of the aura. Every person has different color of his aura. Some people even claim to be able to see it. One of those person is Barbara Bowers, the author of the book "What color is your aura?"

Each of the possible colors of the aura has its own characteristics. Blue represents the brow chakra, the center is responsible for intuition and psychic abilities, or so. All indigo children have blue aura.
