Atlantis Existed!
We all have heard about the famous Atlantis; the great ancient civilization that despaired long time ago. According to the myths and old stories from the past, this civilization was so advanced and superior that we would not reach it for 1.000 years. However, although we have a bunch of different sources and information about Atlantis, nobody managed to find any kind of evidence about its existence. Scientists and adventurers from around the world have been searching for this metropolis for centuries. The result was always the same- nothing. Most of the expeditions was convinced that traces of the civilization have to be under the sea, because it is believed that some great wave sunk the city. However, some scientists and investigators have different solution and they offer solutions which could be move things from the start position.
Computer Simulation
One of them is Michael Hubner. In opposite to the previous theories about the lots city of Atlantis, he believes that we can find some remains of the great civilization not on the bottom of the sea, but in the dry land of the Morocco. His theory is based on the fact that Atlantis not sunk because of the great float or giant wave, but that metropolis was just temporarily flooded because of the great tsunami. If this is correct, then we have answer why all expeditions form the past was mentioned to be unsuccessful.
The story about the Atlantis is not in the same category with other mysteries, such as Monster form Loch Ness or something like that. It is quite possible that this metropolis actually existed in some period in the past. We have a number of reasons to believe in that theory. A number of reasons and a number of witnesses also. One of the most reliable is great Greek philosopher Plato, a father of the political theory and one of the most important fo9unders of the idealistic philosophy. We can easily recognize descriptions of the Atlantis and great civilization in several places in his work. And Plato was not a man who would write rubbish, that is for sure. He described in detail everything about the great metropolis and the culture, so the argument about that it was just a product of the imagination does not hold.
More Than 50 Traces
Hubner have used his computer knowledge to make a simulation of the potential location of the lost civilization. He used all possible information that he could collect and the main source was twoPlato’s works- Timaeus and Critias. He managed to collect more than 50 traces which he used for mapping. The results were quite opposite to the previous hypothesis, according to which the Atlantis was placed somewhere near Maltam Greek isle Santorini or even in Spain.
Hubner discovered that Atlantis have to be somewhere in Morocco, about 100 miles from Marrakesh. This area is known as Souss- Massa plain.
This discovery is very important because it represents the most accurate prediction of the potential location so far. In the near future, we can expect more detailed results. Some historians are convinced that this will revolutionized our perception of the history.
