World’s Scariest Creatures- Part Two
As we said in the previous post, there are really scary creatures around the world that terrorize people day and night. All of them have their own specific powers but they all are equally horrible. At the beginning of our list, we had Aswang, Burrunjor and Kikiyaon. Now it is time to continue with these monsters.
Orang Bati
Orang Bati is a creature that is connected with the depths of the virgin forests in Indonesia. According to the legend and real people’s tales, this creature comes quickly and can kill even faster. It is something like giant bat with strong wings. He allegedly lives in forests and has a huge hunger for the kids. It is not very surprising that we have several version of this bat like monster. People of Papua New Guinea have a phobia of similar creature. This flying monster is known to the locals as the Ropen. This is one of those creatures that you would not want meet at night. Especially if you are a kid.
Pople Lick Creek
People in Kentucky, in Louisville to be more precise, have their own demon. Its name is a little bit tricky. Its name is Pople Lick Creek. This creature is extremely bizarre. It looks like a creature that is partially human and partially goat. The reason for that is very understandably. Especially if you are familiar with the zoophilia basics. Allegedly, one farmer was in love in his favorite goat and… You probably can assume what happened after that initial explosion of emotion. A few months later, our Pople Lick Creek was born.
This creature has several interesting super powers. One of them is a power of hypnosis. This half man and half goat is capable to hypnotize its victims and kill them, of course. He is also capable to imitates the voices of the beloved of the victims and lure them in that way. Very clever and very efficient, if we may say. Something like improved version of the Terminator. But much more uglier. This fellow just likes trains. In fact, he likes to kill its victims on railroad. Unlucky people who are caught by this monster have two possibilities and none of them is not very bright. In the first scenario, the victim will be hit by the train, or, according to the second scenario, he will be decapitated with the People Lick Creek’s big axe.
Chupacabra
Chupacabra is connected with the villages across the whole Latin America. Fortunately, this monster does not have people on its menu. He is, as some people like to say, real goatsucker. In the situation when the goats are in deficit, this monster will be satisfied with pig or even poultry.
Tarasque is one of the inevitable aspects of the Gallic legends. He is some sort of dragon that possesses tail with poison. He lives in the lake in the south of France. This creature likes virgins. Who does not?
