Mind Control- Part Two
As we said in the previous article, mind control is not a new technique and it has been in the use from the ancient times. Although we can a number of different states within the state that we calls mind manipulation, we also can divide this process into two major categories- the state that is the result of the traumatized state of the “victim” and manipulation that is triggered by some electrical devices. Both are very effective and work with almost 100% accuracy.
Montauk Project
Now we can move on. In the present days, the techniques of the mind control were tested and refined at the heart of the New York- in the famous underground base that is placed straight bellow Fort Hero. These testing were a part of a well- known Montauk Project. This hidden place was a location where the second phase of the mind control was performed; the stage where the scattered mind is programed to perform any task that would be asked to. The victims of that project were so called Montauk Boys, who were the testing material for the trauma- based programing. However, this approach was abandoned soon, mainly because of the time. Every proper trauma based control mind process usually last several years. This is the reason why scientist decided to use another approach- the approach that is based on the electrical devices instead of the long traumatization process. The use of the electronic signals is both faster and more efficient. According to some experts, this process can be done within the two hours.
Monarch Projects
Let’ back in the history again. The horrible and mysterious Dr. Mengele from the biggest concentration camp Auschwitz is considered as one of the main creators of the development of the trauma based mind control techniques. Americans understood immediately the significance of this project, which was Nazi docs were performing under the code name Monarch Projects. American did not kill or executed Dr. Mengele and his Nazi associates after the victory in the Second War II. No, they moved to the USA in the secret operation. The crazy docs continued with testing and their examination that was performed in the USA are known as MK Ultra control programs. Of course, nothing could not be done without the CIA, which was the roof organization to all further testing.
The CIA
During that period, a dozen of children were kidnapped from the streets and kept in the underground prison (some people assume it was about one million children within one year). Dr. Mengele and others were very busy at that time and they did not have any concerns about their victims. All of them were programed for several tasks. The assassination and diversion were among the most popular mission of this project. Some of them committed the most famous assassination in the modern history. The CIA knew all about them, simply because this organization was the creator of the whole process. The perfection of these manipulated missions was in their simplicity.
