Bigfoot Is Watching Us
This strange creature has been seen in almost every part of the globe, and for now, it is considered as one of the greatest unsolved mysteries in the history. There are tons of different evidences about its existence. The expert and anthropologists are still suspicious about it, refusing the give the final answer without key evidence.
However, science deemed that anything is possible. The great Bigfoot might be among us!
Footprints In The Snow
The story about a gigantic hairy creature that looks like half man and half gorilla, started somewhere in the forests of the North America and Canada. The people from the north, mainly hunters and trappers, were the first persons who saw it. The creature was called Bigfoot, after its huge footprints on the snow.
The hairy giant from the wild became the main topic in the tales of the people around the globe. The Indians from British Columbia called it “Sasquatch”, and for the American Indians it was “Bokbokwolli”. The people in Asia were also familiar with this unknown humanoid, but in its legends and stories, it was named as a Yeti.
It Is Everywhere
Its footprints were spotted by the number of alpinists who were climbing the Himalayas and Sherpas, the native people from this region, knows that Yeti is always somewhere around. In fact, in almost all countries in USA were identified traces of this bizarre creature, except Hawaii and Delaware.
According to the existing evidence, Bigfoot is a strong feller, around 9 feet tall and 600 lbs in weight (272 kg). It has a large head with the human face and body of the ape. Its strong musculature is covered with thick fur. The Bigfoot female is, allegedly, smaller than the male and has expressed breast.
Missing Link
Some of the investigators claim the Bigfoot is the missing link in the human evolution and evidence of our animal origin. The others just do not believe in these tales. For them, Bigfoot is another product of the human imagination or, which is more realistic, opportunity for lucrative activities. Many witnesses still make decent money by selling the “evidences” and amateur pictures of this creature.
Although nobody ever finds some material evidence of its existence, there are several movies and recorded encounters with this creature. The best known is a short documentary movie filmed in 1967 somewhere in the California. The authors, Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin, managed to catch a few frames of the hairy beast.
Nobody Believes
Although the people who saw the movie admitted the strange being could not be the human, they were skeptical about the whole project. The reason for that were authors themselves who admitted their main purpose was to find and record the strange thing. The critics simply refused to believe the authors were so lucky to bump into Yeti in first shoot.
Roger Peterson did not get famous, but he still succeeded to earn some money with his movie and the book in which described his encounter with this amazing creature.
Today, we have a bunch of the organizations and groups who are trying to persuade people that Bigfoot exist and that is still alive. This became a very lucrative business, and the Yeti, or whatever you name it, became a significant commercial brand.
