The Mexican Zone Of Silence
The famous Mexican Zone of Silence is located around 420 miles from El Paso, Texas, and represents the mystery for all investigators who tried to find out what is hidden behind it. Some really strange things were happening at this location and the zone continues to intrigue human minds. This area is “death” for all kinds of radio and cell phone signals, so the communication thru them is totally impossible.
"Everything was dead"
The first person who experienced the strange effects of the “La Zone del Silencio” or the Mapimi Silent Zone, was Francisco Sarabia, Mexican pilot who was flying over Chihuahuan Desert. After he landed at a nearby airport, Sarabia reported that his radio stopped receiving signals and that he was not able to establish any kind of connection thru the electric apparatuses. “Everything was dead”, he spoke later. It was in 1930, and from that time, the strange activities started to fear surrounding population.
The next case was reported by the local farmers, who spotted, as they said, some kind of the “hot stones falling from the sky”. After this, US Army loosed the missile over the Chihuahuan Desert and, you can guess, they never find it.
Life In Silence
Although this place was inhabited in the past, it seems the generations after the first residents were not in the mood to stay there anymore. The nearest village in the area is Ceballos, which is over 25 miles away from the Silent Zone. It is interesting that radio signals from Cebalos cannot work on usual frequency. We can say the people in that small city live in silence- they cannot watch the television because the antennas turn to be useless.
Maybe the reason for these strange events lies in the location of the Zone of the Silence. It is located in apposition wit another great world mystery- the terrifying Bermuda’s Triangle. For the people that live around, it is little comfort.
Aliens are regular
Of course, the aliens have appeared in the story. Ernesto Dias and his wife Josefina claimed they were helped by the couple of big aliens when its truck stacked in the sludge. Some other locals claimed they saw a light ball floating in the sky during their walk thru the desert. The emergence of the heavenly spheres was observed several times, and in some case, people stated the objects were changing color.
The whole bunch of the conspiracy theorists and UFO experts claimed after their investigation, the Zone of the Silence was a regular meeting place for the aliens. They found out several locations with burned grass, which they declared as alien ship marks.
The Mexican government decided to react and to provide some reasonable explanations. This is the reason why the authorities built a special research center in the Zone of the Silence. This facility is now known as a Biosphere, which soon became a main gathering point for all scientists, UFO experts and all people interested in the mystery of the Zone of the Silence.
